Räkningskollen.se compares mobile plans based on how you actually use your phone, not on how much data you think you need.
You upload your itemised bill. We read how much data you use, how much you call and text, and whether you call abroad or travel. Then we work out what every plan on the market would have cost you, including campaigns, binding periods and fees abroad.
The order is decided only by what the plans cost for you. Some of the links to operators give us a commission when someone signs up for a plan. The commission does not affect the order, and plans that give us nothing are included on the same terms.
We get the prices from the operators' own websites and check them regularly. Information we have not been able to confirm is marked as uncertain.
Räkningskollen.se is run by Henrik Wramner, a consultant with degrees in engineering and business, who also runs KomplettBRF.se. He got tired of high mobile bills and of how hard it is to compare plans, so he built a service that does it for you.
The company behind it is HW ICT aktiebolag, org.nr 559333-0268, Inedalsgatan 15, 112 32 Stockholm.

Your latest itemised bill as a PDF, the one that shows calls, texts and data. You can find it with your operator on the web or in the app. Below the upload field there is a short guide for each operator.
Yes, for at most 24 hours, so that we can build support for reading bills correctly. Then the file is deleted automatically. In the comparison we only use totals, never names, addresses or numbers.
Invite a friend. Once your friend has uploaded their bill through your link, you both see the three cheapest, for free. If you have been given a code, you can enter it instead.
That is how the service pays for itself without commission deciding the order. You see the prices for free, and place three and below are always shown.
99 kr, once per bill.
It is based on your bill and on the operators' published prices. One month can be unusual, so it is worth looking at another month's bill too if your usage varies. Always check the price with the operator before you sign up.
If you have called a country or travelled somewhere where we do not have the operator's price, we do not show that plan. We would rather do that than show a price that looks too good. The number of hidden plans is shown below the result.
Sometimes, as a commission when someone signs up through our links. It does not affect the order.
You can upload the bill, but for now we only compare with consumer plans and show prices including VAT.
Yes. The new operator moves the number for you. Keep in mind any binding period with your current operator.

Räkningskollen.se is provided by HW ICT aktiebolag, org.nr 559333-0268. The service works out what different mobile plans would have cost, based on the usage shown on your bill.
The calculation is based on the information in your bill and on the operators' published prices. We do our best to keep the prices up to date but cannot guarantee it. You sign up for the plan with the operator, and then the operator's terms and prices apply.
The bill you upload is only used for the comparison. We keep it for at most 24 hours to build support for reading bills correctly, then it is deleted automatically. Read more under Privacy and GDPR.
The three cheapest plans are shown for free when a friend you invited has uploaded their bill through your link, or when you enter a valid code.
Seeing the three cheapest plans costs 99 kr including VAT per bill and is paid with Swish or card. You get access right after payment.
The result is delivered immediately. Before you pay, you agree that delivery starts and that the right of withdrawal therefore ends, in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. If no result can be produced from your bill, you get your money back.
The service is for your own comparison. Automatic retrieval of results or prices is not allowed.
We are not responsible for costs that arise with an operator, for example if a price has changed. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us, as far as the law allows.
We may change the terms. The terms that applied when you paid apply to that purchase.
Swedish law applies. If we cannot agree, you can turn to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (the National Board for Consumer Disputes), arn.se.

Your bill contains personal data. That is why we keep as little as possible and delete the rest right away.

The bill contains, among other things, your name, your address, your phone number and the numbers you have called. We read out totals: how many GB you use, how many minutes you call, the number of calls and texts, and which countries you call or travel in.
The bill is kept for at most 24 hours. During that time we use it to build support for reading bills correctly, for example when a line could not be read or the totals do not add up. After 24 hours the file is deleted automatically. In the meantime it is only accessible to us and is not used for anything else.
If we do not have our own reader for your operator, the lines with usage and fees are sent to Mistral AI in the EU to be read. Name, address and all numbers are removed first.
Apart from the bill, which is deleted after at most 24 hours, we keep no information about you. We only keep anonymous statistics, for example how many people compare and how large the savings shown by the comparisons are. They cannot be linked to a person.
If you pay, we keep the payment record for as long as the Swedish Bookkeeping Act requires, currently seven years.
We process the data to be able to make the comparison you ask for (contract). The bill is kept for at most 24 hours so that we can build support for reading bills correctly (legitimate interest). Payment details are kept to comply with the Bookkeeping Act (legal obligation).
We do not sell any data and share nothing with the operators. Suppliers who help us run the service process data on our behalf: Clever Cloud in France, where the service runs, our payment provider and Mistral AI in the EU, which reads bills from operators we have no reader for (without name, address and numbers).
If you click through to an operator, the operator and our ad network learn that you came from us, but nothing about your bill.
We count how the service is used, without cookies and without personal data: for example how many people visit the page, how many upload a bill and from which operator, whether the reading succeeded and how many click through to an operator. We only keep counts per day. To count unique visitors we use a code that changes every day and cannot be linked to you, and no IP address is kept.
If you arrive through an ad or a link with campaign tagging, we also count which campaign the visit came from, only as a count per day.
We do not use tracking cookies. Your language choice is saved in your browser. When you click a link to an operator, the ad network may set a cookie to register the click.
You have the right to know what data we have about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to the processing. Get in touch with us. You can also lodge a complaint with Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection), imy.se.
